My daughter brought her 2016 Renegade to get new brakes. When the technician tried to remove her tires they were unable to because a previous auto place had stripped the wheel lock key. Aidan and Chad worked with me for 2 days to find a solution to removing her tires. Unfortunately her car was unsafe to drive until the brakes were replaced. They went above and beyond for us and were able to eventually remove the tires and replace the brakes.

I had a tire suddenly pop out of nowhere, and they got me back on the road quickly. The staff was professional and friendly throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly, replaced my tire efficiently, and made a really stressful situation so much easier. The pricing was fair, and I really appreciated how kind and helpful everyone was. I highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for fast, reliable service. NEW MANAGEMENT! You know how it feels when people say their friend is a mechanic? I feel that way about this location and all their employees. I have finally found a place that’s professional incredibly capable and feels like my friend that’s a mechanic. The new manager is amazing and was able to take a look at my car same day I called to tell me what’s wrong. I never once felt taken advantage of or unsure. Everyone there is so kind and helpful and the communication is top tier! I dropped off my car at 9am and it was completed by 11:07am! And they do everything and they do it well, my car feels brand new! 1000% recommend, don’t even look at reviews prior to 6/20/26. Come in and see for yourself this is a gem of a find and I’m so grateful to finally say, I have a mechanic. And the pricing is incredibly fair! Have you ever felt like you wanted to tip your mechanic? I did! Thank you all at Monro, I’ll be telling everyone to get their cars fixed with you.

Decent experience, I have been going for years. I went to get my brakes fixed and they got my car in quickly. I paid $1900 and when the service was done I drove home and felt something off. Brought it right back and they fixed it again for no cost. Don’t love the feeling of paying 2 grand and leaving and the car not being fixed but at least in the end it was all okay.

There’s no sense in making an appointment here. If a walk in comes in before you, they will service that person first. I had an appointment at opening, but they spent an hour checking out the car of a walk in that got there before me. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. They quoted me 45 minutes for a battery change and tire rotation. An hour and 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I see them finally bring my car into the bay. The only thing they were right about was that it would take 45 minutes, once they started. I will not be returning. I used the Stoughton location for years, with no issue, but that location has closed, so when I needed a tire rotation along with my battery, I chose the Brockton location since I had free tire rotation with my prior purchase of tires. For my inconvenience of waiting, they gave me a discount and didn’t charge me for the tire rotation. Umm, thanks, I’m already entitled to that (which I had told them on the phone and at the beginning of the appointment)!
